CRUZR S2 combines a mobile base with two arms and is designed for flexible industrial tasks. This architecture supports the study of light assembly, workstation supply and component handling in areas whose layout changes throughout the day.

Selecting the right task

Inserting, positioning, sorting or delivering parts requires known tolerances, forces, orientation and variability. A repetitive, well-defined operation is a better starting point than a long sequence with too many exceptions.

How HUMATRIX is developing this use case

HUMATRIX is creating application sheets for part geometry, grasp requirements, reach, pace and workstation interface. The pilot compares autonomous and assisted performance, including recovery time.

Quality at the centre

Sensors, vision and force control must be validated with real samples. Acceptance depends on repeatability, absence of damage and a record of every result.
