Iris is an AI assistant. Messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude service to generate answers and retained on the HUMATRIX server for up to 30 days. Avoid sensitive information. Only after confirming the contact form are your contact details and conversation saved in the HUMATRIX team’s private panel to respond to your request, for up to 180 days. There is no automatic marketing subscription. For access, correction or deletion of your information, contact info@humatrix.tech. Chat sessions last up to 24 hours. The internal panel uses a necessary authentication cookie lasting eight hours. The page, section and selected button subject accompany the chat and confirmed request. Your browser keeps only a temporary preference for this session to avoid repeating the automatic Iris opening; it contains no personal details.
