CRUZR S2 in narrow aisles: flexible industrial logistics

Many warehouses and factories have narrow aisles, close workstations and changing flows. UBTECH designed CRUZR S2 as a wheeled industrial humanoid combining compact navigation with material manipulation.

Technology and context

According to UBTECH, CRUZR S2 works across an approximate 0–1.8 metre vertical range, handles payloads up to 15 kg and can turn in aisles from 0.8 metres, depending on configuration and environment. Binocular vision and dual arms support sorting, transfer and assembly assistance.

How Humatrix is developing this use case

Humatrix is developing cases for box picking, component separation, workstation replenishment and movement between racks and lines. Configuration starts from the map, containers, grasp points, heights and traffic rules.

Responsible deployment

A pilot validates grip, stability, obstacle detection, stopping accuracy and interaction with people or mobile equipment. Manufacturer specifications are confirmed in the real environment before production commitments.
